Shipping policy

All products are dispatched within 3 business days from the point of order. The only exception to this is on a product subject to a pre-order, in which case the product will not be dispatched until it arrives - typically 5 to 6 weeks after the pre-order window closes. All UK based orders are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class standard services unless otherwise stated and it remains at the discretion of Hold The Design as to which shipping service is used. International shipping rates and transit times vary on location.
